Level 1 Presents the Official Trailer for the 12th annual feature length action ski film!

The earth turns and the sun disappears over the horizon. Flip the switch, and the lights go out. Slumber begins and the mind awakes, taking us to places we’ve never been and witnessing things not yet seen or imagined.

From the enchanted powder forests of Japan, the historic streets of Moscow, to the unthawed mountains of Western America, and everywhere in between — Level 1 invites you into our spectrum of reality to see a succession of images, visions, sounds, and sensations quite unlike those of the conscious world.

Experience it for yourself — our dream, our vision of skiing.

After Dark.

The Pool was more than a BMX comp, it was one of the most extra-ordinary gatherings of the BMX community this century.

From the draining of a soon to be demolished local authority swimming pool in Dagenham, East London, into a world class park in less than two weeks was a feat in itself, but to see the diversity and level or riding on display at the launch event was truly remarkable.

40 international riders with a brand new team format saw non-comp riders, veterans, street destroyers and park animals all throw down into something far better than we could have dreamt of.

Winning Team:
Dennis Enarson, Chad Kerley, Josh Harrington and Jeremiah Smith

Best Line: (Awarded to Ruben’s team)
Ruben Alcantara, Kevin Kalkoff, Sergio Layos, and Tom Dugan

Best Rider: (Rider’s choice)
Dennis Enarson

Best Trick:
Brian Foster – Gap to curved wallride out of the deep end

The Pool is free to ride until the 12th June 2011

[SEOUL got SOUL] SAVE THE BIKE LANE (Teaser)

[SAVE THE BIKE LANE] is a new project of
[SEOUL got SOUL] series. Seoul is not covered up with enough bike lanes compare to the size of the city, so the main purpose of this project is to create bike lanes on the road as a propaganda against Seoul city.
The yellow line on the left side of the logo means protection, so you can see it as we are here to save the bike lanes. No cars are allowed.
The whole footage will be showing soon.
Please share it with many people who loves bicycle.

A year ago, a massive oil spill began in the Gulf. The entire country was glued to the news until the well was capped, and then we forgot about it.

As the year anniversary was fast approaching I became curious, just how much oil was that exactly? Where would it have gone? What I found was shocking.

So in an effort to further our discussion on oil dependency I created this short animation. I’ve spent all of my free time in the last month putting this together to help illustrate just how dependent we truly are on oil.
